We have a dedicated maintenance team who are available 24/7. In addition two wardens will be available on a rota basis to manage the Halls. They will report and monitor maintenance issues. They are also responsible for testing the fire alarm systems.

Simply put we offer three levels to cater for all budgets. Our entry level rooms offer superb accommodation for the student market. The full entertainment package is available to all room types. Prices are dictated by a mixture of size, facilities and location.
We take your security extremely seriously. As such the latest technology has been installed including key fob entry , external and internal recordable CCTV, and remote colour video entry systems.
Yes we have several rooms that are suitable. This will be on a first come first served basis.

The dates are specified in your tenancy agreement. If you wish to move in earlier, we will do our best to accommodate.
Contracts are based on 51 weeks. However we only charge for 45 weeks.
Yes. This is on availability basis. A specific room will be reserved upon receipt of the relevant booking fees currently £250.
To reserve a room you must pay a non refundable booking fee of £250. This booking fee will automatically be deducted from your first terms rent when you have moved in. Additionally you will be required to pay a damage deposit of £200 held in the Deposit Protection Scheme. A non refundable admin fee of £50 is also payable when your tenancy agreement and Guarantor checks are carried out.
Yes. We require a guarantor to sign a legally binding document to guarantee the rent to McHale Property in the event that you decide to frequent the pub on mega basis!

Proof of address (bill/bank statement)
Copy of your guarantors proof of address which must be either a utility bill or bank statement.
Waitlist means that the room you have selected in Hutton Halls has already been assigned to another student. However the room could still become available if the assigned student is unlucky with A level grades or fails to pay the holding deposit within two weeks of assignment. If you are on the waitlist the admin team will contact you if the room becomes available. We would ask students to list up to three waitlist choices.
